摘要
研究了马来酸酐接枝聚乙烯、乙烯-醋酸乙烯酯共混物,聚对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯(PBT)二者对苯乙烯-乙烯-丁烯-苯乙烯嵌段共聚物(SEBS)/聚丙烯(PP)体系的复合作用;通过扫描电子显微镜、微机控制电子万能试验机分析了材料的显微组织形貌,测试了材料的力学性能,并用一组验证试验证明了复合作用的存在。结果表明,接枝共混物和PBT二者对SEBS/PP体系产生了一种复合作用,这种复合作用能显著提高SEBS/PP体系的拉伸性能,当接枝共混物、PBT各占体系的10%时,拉伸性能最佳。
The effects of polyethylene-graft-maleic anhydride/poly (ethylene-co-vinyl acetate ) blend (hereinafter referred to as the " graft blend"), polybutylene terephthalate (PBT) on styrene-ethylene- butylene-styrene block copolymer (SEBS)/polypropylene (PP) system. Scanning electron microscope and universal testing machine were used to analyze the microstructure of the material and test the mechanical properties of the material. And a set of validation tests proved the existence of this complex effect. The results show that both the grafted blend and PBT produce a complex effect on the SEBS/PP system, which could significantly improve the tensile properties of the SEBS/PP system. When the graft blend and PBT account for 10% of the system respectively, the tensile properties are the best.
