摘要
运用复制动力学分析法研究智慧建筑市场中政府、开发商和民众之间的博弈关系。通过建立三方的演化博弈模型,解析演化均衡解,并分析不同参数变化对博弈三方演化稳定策略的影响,最后为智慧建筑市场开发的激励机制构建提出相关政策建议,以期解决智慧建筑项目主体间的利益矛盾,推动我国智慧建筑市场的顺利发展。
This paper uses the replicated dynamic method to research the game relationship among smart building project stakeholders,including government,developers and the public.By establishing a tripartite evolutionary game model,analyzes the equilibrium solution,and analyzes the infl uence of different parameters variation on tripartite evolutionary stable strategies. Finally,provides some relevant suggestions on constructing incentive mechanism of smart building market in China,in order to slove the interests contradiction between the subjects of the smart building project,to promote the smooth development of China's smart building market.
