摘要
目的:观察脑微透析探针置入大鼠海马后组织间液葡萄糖、乳酸水平的动态变化,以探讨合适的探针置入平衡期。方法:使用微透析系统在探针置入大鼠海马后,于自由活动状态下连续取样,每20 min取样一次,连续进行5 h,并检测葡萄糖、乳酸水平变化。结果:海马葡萄糖和乳酸水平在探针置入后都出现升高,探针置入20 min后,细胞间液葡萄糖、乳酸水平分别为462.92±96.45μmol/L、3.28±0.77 mmol/L,置入5 h后葡萄糖、乳酸水平分别为257.58±44.54μmol/L、1.36±0.28 mmol/L。结论:脑微透析探针的置入可引起大鼠海马葡萄糖、乳酸水平升高,在进行实验取样时探针置入后应至少应选择60 min作为平衡期。
Objective: To observe the effect of cerebral microdialysis probe implantation on the levels of glucose and lactate in rat hippocampal interstitial fluid, and investigate the appropriate equilibrium phase after probe implantation. Methods: Take microdialy- sis sample in the rat hippocampus for 5 hours, 20min per sample, after cerebral microdialysis probe implantation, test and analyse the levels of glucose and lactate. Results: The levels of glucose and lactate are increased after the probe implantation, the levels of glucose and lactate in hippocampal intercellular fluid 20 min after probe implantation are 462. 92 ± 96.45 μmol/L, 3.28± 0. 77 mmol/L, and 257. 58 ±44. 54 μmol/L, 1.36±0. 28 mmol/L after 5 hours. Conclusion: The cerebral microdialysis probe implantation has an increase effect on the levels of glucose and lactate in rat hippoeampus, no less than 60 min should be choosen for equilibrium phase after the cerebral mierodialysis probe implantation.
