介绍了转炉热端烟气分析与干法除尘的基本原理,并详细介绍了热端烟气分析与干法除尘在开吹、二次下枪、加料、中途提枪,防泄爆等方面的综合应用,同时体现了热端分析周期短、投资低、效率高等特点,为转炉炼钢操作及干法除尘系统的稳定运行奠定了坚实基础。
The basic theory of converter hot end flue gas analysis and dry dust removal was introduced,and the comprehensive application of the hot end flue gas analysis and dry dust removal in the open blowing,blowing again,charging,midway shotgun,prevention of vented explosion was expounded in detail.And the hot end analysis had the advantages of short cycle,low investment and high efficiency,which laid a solid foundation for the stable operation of BOF steelmaking operation and dry dust removal system.
