摘要
通过梳理教师资格国考改革的历程,分析教师资格国考考试大纲的特点和当前职业技术师范能力培养体系的差异,发现当前职业技术师范能力培养体系在培养方案的制定、教学组织形式和课程组织实施等方面与教师资格考试标准存在差距。在此基础上提出了重构师范能力培养体系的策略。
The reform history of teacher qualification national examination is reviewed, and the characteristics of the syllabus of the teacher qualification examination are analyzed, as well as the differences between the examination syl- labus and the training system of the current vocational and technical teacher's ability. It is found that there is a gap between the qualification training system of vocational and technical teachers and the teacher qualification examination standard in terms of the formulation of the training plan, the form of teaching organization and the implementation of the curriculum, etc. Based on this, the strategies to reconstruct the training system of teacher's ability are proposed.
