草楼铁矿不同胶凝材料充填体强度评价

摘要 结合采矿设计资料、充填设计资料、充填记录台账、充填检测台账,以及多年的原位充填体取芯测试的充填体强度数据,分析了每个采场充填体强度质量情况。同时,结合数理统计的方法,分析了三种不同胶凝材料体系对充填体强度质量的影响。结果表明,采场充填体质量与胶凝材料质量息息相关,且呈正相关关系。为保证二步骤矿柱采场安全回采,应保证胶凝材料的质量,同时加强日常强度指标检测。 the strength of the filling bodies in each stope are analyzed based on mining designing documents,filling designing documents,filling records,filling inspection record as well as years of strength data by core test to the in-situ filling body. Meanwhile,the influences to the filling body strength and quality by three different kinds of cementing material are analyzed. The result showed that the cementing material quality is critical and proportional to the filling body quality in the stope. The cement material quality and rountine strength test shall be strengthened in order to guarantee the mining safety in the two-step stope pillars.
