摘要
大学生党员是高校学生中的"政治精英",为了便于有针对性的开展教育和管理工作,以苏州大学为例,通过问卷调查,了解他们在同学心目中的形象,从思想道德、学业成绩和言行举止三个方面了解他们如何对周围同学发挥影响。经过对数据的分析解读,认识当代大学生党员在自我形象管理和影响度上的不足,提出高校应从思想政治、专业学习、日常言行、社会工作、模范表率等五个方面引导他们扮演好五种角色。
Student Party members are college students in the ＂political elite＂, in order to facilitate targeted education and management, Soochow University, for example, through questionnaires about their image in the eyes of the students, from the ideological and moral, academic and demeanor three aspects to understand how they exert influence on the students around.After analyzing and interpreting the data, lack of understanding of contemporary college students party members in the management and impact of self-image, and guide them to play five roles colleges should raise the ideological and political, professional learning, everyday words and deeds, social work, exemplary model in five areas.
