摘要
能源与动力工程专业技术人员在涉及资源能源利用活动中占据很重要的位置,他们不仅应当具有较高的理论知识,还应具有较高的技能素养和思想素质。本文针对我国高校在"节能人才"培养方面的不足,对于在能源动力工程专业进行"节能人才"培养进行了讨论,指出节能人才的培养应当包含节能意识和节能技能两个方面,并从培养策略制订、课程安排、师资队伍建设、人文素质培养、各级部门支持等方面进行了论述。
Energy and power engineering professionals occupy a very important position in the utilization of resources and energy. They should not only have high theoretical knowledge, but also have high skills and ideological qualifications. This paper discusses the problems in the training of "energy-saving talents" in colleges and universities in our country, discusses the training of "energy-saving talents" in energy and power engineering specialty, points out that the training of energy-saving talents should include energy-saving awareness and energy-saving skills. This article discusses several solutions such as the formulation of training strategies, the arrangement of courses, the construction of teaching staff, the cultivation of humanistic qualities and the support of various departments.
