摘要
要使二级学院教务管理工作忙而不乱,掌握并适应其中的阶段性显得尤为重要。本文将教务工作的阶段性总结为两大方面,一是按学期划分的阶段性,二是按学生年级划分的阶段性。要适应学期的阶段性,教务人员在开学初须着重做好课表的实施,在学期中间做好维稳工作,在学期末做好排考和下学期排课的准确度。同时,关注学生不同年级的阶段性,对大一新生、大二大三学生、大四待毕业生的教务管理工作要逐层递进,助力他们的大学生涯。
It＇s quite important to find out the periodicity of educational administration work, so that the daily work can be more effective and less busier. The periodicity can be listed on the two aspects： Firstly, the periodicity of term; Secondly, the periodicity of students＇ grades. On one hand, we academic staff should put the school timetable into effect and under control at the beginning of the term, keep the work in stability during the term, and arrange the examinations and timetables at the end of the term more accurately. On the other hand, we can pay close attention to students on different grades, so that more students can be helped during their college career.
