摘要
根据观察,企鹅珍珠贝的形态差异较大,而去掉黑色角质层边缘的贝壳部分变化可能较小。为了更好地研究企鹅珍珠贝的生长及珍珠质颜色的形成,实验随机选取企鹅珍珠贝300枚,测量其总重、壳高、足丝直径等9个数量性状。杀贝后取左壳,用工具削去角质层边缘后测量壳重、壳高等11个相关指标。除重量性状、足丝直径和壳宽外,其余形态性状通过拍照结合Photoshop软件建立坐标系和像素测距测得。所得数据用SPSS 19进行分析。结果表明:去掉黑色边缘的贝壳壳高、对角线与壳长之间的相关性优于完整贝壳,说明去掉角质层边缘的贝壳形态变化更规律,具有更好的研究意义和价值。除足丝直径外,绝大部分性状间呈显著相关性(p〈0.05)。依据逐步回归建立了线性回归方程:Y1=-88.969+2.629X18+8.321X1+15.3X2。通径分析中右壳重对总重的影响最大,其次是壳高和壳宽。实验结果为企鹅珍珠贝的选择育种等方面的应用提供了重要参考依据。
Based on the observation, Pteria pengu in varied greatly in morphology, while the parts of shells without black cuticle edge probably had less changes. In order to make better research about the growth and nacre color formation of P. penguin, we measured 9 quantitative traits of 300 randomly chosen P. penguins, such as the total weight, the height of the shell and the foot-filament diameter. After killing the P. penguin, the left shell was taken and 11 related indexes such as shell weight and shell height was measured after cutting off the cuticle edge.All the morphological traits were measured by taking photos and using Photoshop software to establish coordinate system and pixel distance measurement except weight traits, foot-filament diameter and shell width. The data obtained were analyzed by SPSS 19. The result showed that: the correlation among the shell height, diagonal line and shell length of the shell without black edge was better than that of the complete shell, which indicated that morphological traits of the shell without cuticle edge changed more regularly and had better research significance and value. There were significant correlation(p〈0.05) among the most traits except the foot-filament diameter.The linear regression equation was built according to the stepwise regression: Y1=-88.969+2.629X18+8.321X1+15.3X2.In path analysis, the weight of right shell had the greatest influence on total weight, followed by shell height and shell width. The results could provide important references for the selective breeding of P. penguin and so on.
