摘要
于2016年4—7月,对位于福建省宁德市古田县黄田国有林场的木荷基因库76个3年生无性系478株木荷进行花期观测。结果表明:其中有53个无性系,共168株开花。无性系D4最早进入始花期,5月10日开花,花期13 d;无性系A7、E6、ZH15的花期最短,为8 d;无性系B10的花期最长,为26 d。各无性系花梗长、花蕾横径和纵径均随着时间的推迟呈递增现象,其中2016年5月31日,D6的花梗长和花蕾横径最大,分别达41.91 mm和9.64 mm;2016年6月29日ZH16的花蕾纵径最大,达11.70 mm。各无性系最大花蕾的平均纵横径比为1.18,其中C15最大花蕾的纵径与横径的比值最大,达1.44,超出均值22.82%。
The 76 clones florescence of 478 strains of three-year old Schima superba Gardn.et Champ.gene banks from Huang Tian National Forest Farm in Fujian Ningde were observed from April to July 2016,of which 53 clones were bloomed and 168 strains flowering.The clone D4 earliestly entered the flowering period in May 10,whose florescence was 13 days.The florescence of clone A7,E6 and ZH15 was the shortest,only 8 days.The longest florescence of clone B10 was 26 days.The pedicel length,the bud transverse diameter and vertical diameter were increased with the delay of time.On May 31,2016,the pedicel length and bud transverse diameter of D6 were the largest,which were 41.91 mm and 9.64 mm respectively.On June 29,2016,the bud vertical diameter of ZH16 was the highest,reaching 11.70 mm.The average largest aspect ratio was 1.18,and the C15 ratio of vertical and transverse diameter was the highest,reaching 1.44,which was 22.82% higher than the average.
