摘要
目的:探讨高龄老年高血压患者高敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)与血压节律关系。方法:入选118例住院高龄老年高血压患者,行动态血压监测(ambulatory blood pressure monitoring,ABPM)和hs-CRP测定,对hsCRP相关影响因素进行单因素和多因素分析,探讨hs-CRP与血压节律关系。结果:单因素分析结果显示,年龄(t=2.398,P=0.018)、BMI(t=2.157,P=0.033)、高血压年限(t=3.540,P=0.001)、合并糖尿病(t=3.109,P=0.002)、合并冠心病(t=2.029,P=0.045)、LDL-C(t=1.986,P=0.049)、非杓型血压节律(t=3.358,P=0.001)等因素对hs-CRP水平有影响。多因素分析结果显示,高血压年限(t=3.090,P=0.003)、合并糖尿病(t=2.453,P=0.016)、非杓型血压节律(t=2.143,P=0.034)是影响高龄老年高血压患者hs-CRP水平的独立危险因素。结论:异常的血压节律是影响高龄老年高血压患者hs-CRP的重要因素。
Objective:To study the relationship between high sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP)and blood pressure rhythm in the very old patients with hypertension.Method:The totals of 118 cases of very old inpatients performed 24-hour ambulatory blood pressure monitoring(ABPM)were collected in our hospital from 2013 to2016,and made univariate and multivariate analysis of risk factors for hs-CRP and analyzed the relationship between hs-CRP and blood pressure rhythm.Result:The single factor analysis result shows that age(t=2.398,P=0.018),BMI(t=2.157,P=0.033),the duration of hypertension(t=3.540,P=0.001),history of type 2 diabetes(t=3.109,P=0.002),history of coronary heart disease(t=2.029,P=0.045),LDL-C(t=1.986,P=0.049)and non-dipper blood pressure rhythm(t=3.358,P=0.001)are related with hs-CRP.The multivariate analysis of factors shows that the duration of hypertension(t=3.090,P=0.003),history of type 2 diabetes mellitus(t=2.453,P=0.016)and non-dipper blood pressure rhythm(t=2.143,P=0.034)are the independent risk factors of hs-CRP for the very old patients with hypertension.Conclusion:Non-dipper blood pressure rhythm is an important factor affecting hs-CRP in the very old patients with hypertension.
