微波合成六氢双苯并二氮杂卓-1-酮的溶剂选择

摘要 以3,4-二氯苯甲醛、邻苯二胺、达咪酮为原料,微波条件下反应可以得到较高产率的11-(3,4-二氯苯基)-3,3-二甲基-2,3,4,5,10,11-六氢双苯并[b,e][1,4]二氮杂卓-1-酮。经过一系列溶剂的对比和尝试,采取水为溶剂,反应条件温和,绿色环保,后处理方便。 Under microwave condition,3,4-dichlorobenzaldehyde,o-diaminobenzene,da mi ketonewere used as raw materials to synthesize high rate of 11-(3,4-dichlorophenyl)-3,3-dimethyl-2,3,4,5,10,11-six hydrogen double benzene and[b,e][1,4]diazepine-1-ketone.After a series of experiments and comparisons,water was chosen as the solvent for its mild reaction conditions,environment protecting and convenient disposition.
