塑料加劲板楼梯隔震支座力学性能试验研究 被引量:3

Experimental investigation on mechanical properties of staircase rubber isolator with plastic stiffening plates

摘要 以工程塑料板替代钢板作为橡胶支座中的加劲板材,研发了一种楼梯隔震支座,用以提高楼梯的抗震性能。通过对支座的板材进行基本力学性能试验,得到了板材的拉伸弹性模量、拉伸强度、压缩弹性模量、压缩强度,并对所研制的两种类型楼梯隔震支座进行了力学性能试验,主要测试了支座的基本力学性能、极限性能以及支座水平刚度的相关性等。试验结果表明:该楼梯隔震支座力学性能稳定,且在楼梯变形范围内其性能可维持在线弹性段。采用SAP2000有限元软件建立了某8层钢筋混凝土框架结构模型,对比分析了楼梯隔震对结构动力特性及梯板应力的影响规律,结果表明采用所研发的塑料加劲板楼梯隔震支座可有效消除楼梯-结构的耦联关系,减小楼梯应力并使楼梯受力均匀。 An innovative isolator for staircase, in which steel plates are replaced by engineering plastic plates, has been developed, in order to improve the seismic performance of staircases. The elastic tensile modulus, tensile strength, elastic compressive modulus and compressive strength of the engineering plastic plate chosen for the proposed isolator were obtained through the fundamental mechanical properties tests. Experimental investigations on two types of isolators were performed to study both mechanical property and ultimate performance of the proposed isolators, as well as the dependency of horizontal stiffness. The test results show that the mechanical properties of the developed isolators are stable, and remain linear within the scope of the staircase deformation. Furthermore, an eight-story reinforced concrete frame model was established using SAP 2000. And the influences of the isolated staircase on the structural dynamic characteristics and the internal stresses of the staircase slab were analyzed. The analysis results show that the staircase isolation can effectively reduce the influence of staircase on the structural dynamic characteristics and stresses of staircase and make staircase elements uniformly stressed.
