Optimization of Test Methods for 15 Phthalates in Animal Foods

摘要 旨在采用气相色谱-质谱联用仪测定动物性食品中15种邻苯二甲酸酯含量,试验不同提取溶剂和净化方法。选择液态乳、畜禽肉类、水产品这3类人们密切接触的食品为研究对象,用15种常见的邻苯二甲酸酯进行加标试验。使用不同方法对被加标的食品进行提取、净化,通过邻苯二甲酸酯的特征离子对其进行定性与定量。统计并验证了试验数据的准确性、可靠性、消除基质干扰的能力及回收率水平。从中得到相对适合于每类食品的前处理方法,避免产生假阳性结果。 The contents of 15 phthalates in animal foods were determined by GC-MS, and different extraction solvents and purification methods were tested. Three kinds of foods selected including liquid milk, livestock and poultry meat, aquatic products, which were closely related to peoples' life. The subjects were studied with 15 common phthalates. Different methods were used to extract and purify the food with the target, and the characteristic ions of phthalate are qualitative and quantitative. The accuracy and reliability of the experimental data, the ability to eliminate the interference of the matrix and the recovery rate were calculated and verified. And then get the method which is suitable for the pretreatment of each type of food and avoid false positive results.
