摘要
随着现代生物学的不断发展并结合原核胚微注射和体细胞核移植技术,转基因已成为当今动物生物技术研究的热点。国内转基因生物育种重大专项的开展加速了转基因动物与转基因食品的研究进程。如何更好地利用转基因技术解决人类对畜产品的需求问题,是摆在科研人员面前的重大课题。褪黑素是一种主要由动物松果体分泌的吲哚类激素,具有调节睡眠、抗衰老、神经保护、促进细胞生长、调控生殖内分泌等生物学功能。本文对转基因技术的发展与应用、转基因动物、转基因食品生产及安全评价、褪黑素的研究现状进行简要综述,并尝试从转基因角度探讨褪黑素的研究与应用,预测其发展前景。
With the development of modern biology which combined with the technology of prokaryotic microinjection and somatic cell nuclear transplantation,transgenic technology has become a hot topic in animal biotechnology research. The development of the major projects of transgenic biological breeding at home has promoted the research on transgenic animals and transgenic foods. So how to use transgenic technology to solve the problem of human needs better is a major subject for researchers. Melatonin is a kind of indole hormone secreted by the animal pineal gland and it has found that its regulating sleep, anti-aging, nerve protection, promote cell growth, regulation of reproductive endocrine and biological functions. Here we interpret the development and application of transgenic technology, transgenic animals, transgenic food production and safety evaluation and the research status of melatonin. And we will discuss the research and application of melatonin from the view of genetically modified and predict its development prospects.
