摘要
随着经济高速发展和居民财富迅速增加,资产管理行业近年来获得快速发展,已成为具有系统重要性的金融子行业,对国家金融稳定具有重要意义。对资产管理实现有效监管,是防止发生系统性金融风险的重要一环。本文通过分析资产管理理论和法律属性,归纳目前我国资产管理业务和监管存在的突出问题,提出相应的监管建议和对策。
With the rapid development of economy and the fast increase of residents＇ wealth, the asset management industry has achieved rapid development in recent years and has become a systemically important financial sub-sector, which is of great significance to the country＇s financial stability. Effective supervision of asset management is an important part of preventing systemic financial risks. This article intends to summarize the outstanding problems existing in China＇s asset management business and supervision through analysis of asset management theory and legal attributes, put forward corresponding regulatory recommendations and countermeasures.
