摘要
随着联合收获机新型多滚筒脱粒分离装置结构的运用,需要优化清选装置结构参数以满足新的作业要求。为寻找能适应多滚筒脱粒分离结构的高性能清选参数,选取多风道离心式风机转速、鱼鳞筛开度、分风板Ⅰ倾角、分风板Ⅱ倾角为研究参数,进行了单因素和正交试验,分析了上述因素对清选性能的影响,并针对正交试验结果使用极差分析法对多滚筒联合收获机清选装置的参数进行优化。优化结果表明:当风机转速1 100 r/min、鱼鳞筛开度24mm、分风板Ⅰ倾角30°、分风板Ⅱ倾角26°时,整机的清选效果较好,清选损失率为0.2%,清选含杂率为0.7%。
In recent years,with the application of the new multi-cylinder threshing and separating device of the combine harvester,it is necessary to optimize the cleaning device structure parameters to meet the new work requirements. In order to find the high performance cleaning parameters which can adapt to the multi-roller threshing and separating structure,this paper chooses the multi-channel centrifugal fan speed,the fish scale opening,the inclination angle of the wind plateⅠand the wind plateⅡas parameters,and orthogonal test is carried out to analyze the influences of the above factors on the cleaning performance. The parameters of the multi-cylinder combine harvester cleaning device are optimized by the difference analysis method for the orthogonal test results. The results show that when the fan speed is 1100 r/min,the fish scale opening is 24 mm,the angle of the wind plate Ⅰ is 30° and the angle of the wind plate Ⅱ is 26°,the cleaning effect is the best and the loss rate is 0. 2%,The cleaning selected trash content is 0. 7%.
