摘要
目的观察加昧四妙散治疗腰椎问盘突出症湿热型的临床疗效。方法选取本院2011年3月至2013年3月收治的150例腰椎间盘突出湿热型患者，随机分为3组，即观察组、对照组和安慰组，每组50例。观察组用加味四妙散治疗，对照组用甘露醇注射液静滴及双氯芬酸钠缓释片口服治疗，安慰组采用安慰剂及睡卧硬板床休息治疗，2周为一个疗程，3个疗程后观察每组患者的总有效率和不良反应。结果观察组、对照组及安慰组患者治疗的总有效率分别为96％、70％、58％，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。观察组无不良反应出现，对照组有恶心、呕吐、上腹部不适和疼痛，安慰组有轻微上腹部不适。结论加味四妙散治疗腰椎间盘突出湿热型效果良好，几乎无不良反应，有效率高，值得临床推广应用。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of Jiawei Simiao powder in the treatment of dampheat type lumbar disc herniation. Methods 150 patients with damp-heat type lumbar disc herniation treated in our hospital from March 2011 to March 2013 were randomly divided into 3 groups, the observation group, the control group, and the placebo group, 50 cases in each group. The observation group was treated with Jiawei Simiao powder, the control group was treated with intravenous drip of mannitol injection and oral diclofenac sodium sustained release tablets, and the placebo group was treated with the placebo and slept on the hard bed, 2 weeks as a course of treatment. After 3 courses, the total effective rate and adverse reactions in each group were observed. Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group, the control group, and the placebo group were 96%, 70%, and 58% respectively, with statistically significant difference （P〈0.05）. No adverse reactions were observed in the observation group, the control group had nausea, vomiting, upper abdominal discomfort and pain, and the placebo group had mild upper abdominal discomfort. Conclusion Jiawei Simiao powder has good clinical effect in the treatment of damp-heat type lumbar disc herniation, hardly any adverse reaction, high efficiency, worthy of clinical application.
