介绍了超临界流体的性质,综述了超临界流体技术在工业应用领域的研究进展,包括在天然物质提取、聚合过程、微电子清洗和干燥、化学和生物化学反应以及传热与循环过程的能量高效利用等方面的应用,能量领域是其未来最有前景的应用领域之一。
The properties of supercritical fluids are introduced. The research progress of supercritical fluids in industrial applications are summaried,including natural material extraction,polymerization processes,microelectronics cleaning and drying,chemical and biochemical reactions,heat transfer and circulation of high energy efficiency. The energy field is a promising application in the future.
