浅析高职教育“双主体”育人中企业激励的对策 被引量:1

摘要 随着高等职业教育的发展,企业在高职教育中的主体地位越发明显,在职业教育过程中起着重要的作用。校企"双主体"育人是高职教育的一个标志性特征。但是现阶段存在政策制度不够完善、企业主动参与意识不强、校企合作需求不对等的问题。通过建立政策支撑,出台落实举措、营造企业参与协同育人良好氛围、构建校企均衡关系等方法,形成对企业的激励机制,引导企业主动参与职业教育,建立校企长效育人机制,找准企业需求,形成校企"利益相关"的合作关系,更好地发挥企业在高职教育中的育人功能。 With the development of higher vocational education,the dominant position of enterprises in higher vocational education becomes more prominent and plays an important role in the process of vocational education. School-enterprise "dual-subject"education is a feature of higher vocational education. However,at the current stage,there are problems such as the incomplete policy system,the lack of awareness of enterprises ' active participation,and the unequal demand for school-enterprise cooperation. Through the establishment of policy support, the implementation of measures, the establishment of a good atmosphere for enterprises to participate in a collaborative education,and the establishment of a balanced relationship between schools and enterprises,etc.,to form an incentive mechanism for enterprises,guide enterprises to actively participate in vocational education,establish a long-term education mechanism for schools and enterprises,find enterprise education needs,form a "profit-related"cooperative relationship between the school and enterprise,and better play the company's educating function in higher vocational education.
