摘要
数据挖掘技术能够通过对数据的逆向分析,揭示出数据各维度之间的潜在关系,从而建立模型进行预测;而监督控制技术能够对多个独立控制器进行控制干预,实现系统级的优化控制。结合数据挖掘技术与监督控制技术优势,提出了一种采用数据挖掘技术建立预测模型,并基于监督控制方法对复叠空调运行策略进行系统级优化的控制算法。该算法能够通过调整系统设定参数,使空调系统以高效的运行状态实现室内热环境控制的目标。通过仿真测试表明,该算法能够有效对系统进行优化,以最低能耗实现室内舒适度的控制目标。
The data mining technology can reveal the information in the data. In this paper, it is applied to identify the facility models. The supervisory controller is used to optimize the system operation by setting the operation parameters of every independent controller. In this paper, the data mining models and generalized model predictive control method are used for developing the supervisory controller. The model predictive controller with a dynamic multi-variable energy objective function is formulated for the supervisory controller. In order to show the algorithm, an online supervisory controller for the hybrid system combined radiant floor with air system is developed in this paper. The controller can change the system set points to trade balance between the indoor thermal comfortable and the system energy consumption according the cooling load. As shown in the results of simulation, the supervisory controller can effectively adjust hybrid system to keep the indoor thermal comfortable with high energy efficiency.
