摘要
针对航空模胎刻线的现场使用条件,提出了一种基于单相机工业摄影测量系统配合测量笔进行测量的模式,并对影响该测量模式精度的因素进行了分析与验证。通过试验发现:"单相机+测量笔"模式沿相机光轴方向的误差较大,在其他方向上的误差较小;通过规避相机光轴方向的误差,当测量笔移动方向平行于光轴方向时,"单相机+测量笔"测量模式的精度优于0.1mm。
Aiming at the condition of on-line use of aviation tire marking, a model based on single-camera industrial photogrammetry system with measuring pen was proposed and the factors influencing the accuracy of the measuring mode were analyzed and verified. The experiment shows that: 1. the error of "single camera + measuring pen" mode along the optical axis of the camera is larger and the error of the other directions is smaller; 2. by avoiding the error of the optical axis direction of the camera, in the optical axis direction, "single camera + measuring pen" measurement mode accuracy is better than 0.1 mm.
