摘要
目的探究并分析品管圈在降低静脉药物配置中心药物破损率的应用效果。方法在静脉药物配置中心中按照品管圈的十大步骤进行有效进行药物配置管理工作，并计算静脉药物配置中心药物的破损率及成果。结果在有形成果中静脉药物配置中心药物破损率改善率从之前的0．026％到现在的0．015％，其无形成果为：提高圈员品管手法、协调与沟通能力、解决问题能力、工作积极性、圈内和谐程度及团队精神。结论品管圈可极大降低静脉药物配置中心药物的破损率及运行成本，并增大其应用范围，显著提高圈员的管理及解决问题的能力。
Objective To investigate and analyze the application effect of quality control circle in reducing the Drug breakage rate at intravenous drug delivery center. Methods At the venous medicine center, according to the ten steps of quality control circle, the disposition and management of medicine were carried out effectively; and the damage rate and achievement of the medicine in venous medicine center were calculated. Results In the visible results, the improvement rate of the drug damage in the intravenous drug distribution center decreased from 0.026% to 0.015%. The invisible results were as follows： enhancing the quality control of the circle staff, coordinating and communicating ability, problem-solving ability, work enthusiasm, internal harmony, and team spirit. Conclusions Quality control cirlce can greatly reduce the damage rate and operating cost of drugs in intravenous drug distribution center and increase its application scope, and significantly improve the management of the circle staff and the ability to solve problems.
