摘要
目的探讨微课程在护理实践教学中的应用效果。方法以护理专业4年制本科二年级166名学生为研究对象,按照学生自主选课情况分为传统模式教学班80人及微课程教学班86人,采用学习自我效能感问卷进行调查,结合护理学基础课程期末理论及操作考核的评估,对比不同教学模式下两个班级的期末成绩及学习自我效能感的差异。结果两教学班护生期末考试理论成绩差异无统计学意义(t=0.276,P=0.075);微课程教学班的操作成绩为(89.22±4.32)分,传统教学班为(87.35±6.58)分,t=2.071,P=0.021;微课程教学班的自我学习效能总分为(61.01±2.99)分,传统教学班为(58.54±3.25)分,t=4.103,P=0.012。结论微课程可显著提升学生的护理操作能力以及学习自我效能感。传统课堂教育与在线教育的融合有利于护理实践教学的发展。
Objective To explore the effect of applying micro-course in optimizing teaching of nursing practice. Methods 166 nursing sophomores were selected as study objects. Among them, 80 chose traditional teaching class and 86 micro-course teaching class. Self-learning and Self-efficacy Questionnaire was used to investigate the students. According to the theory and operation evaluation, the term-final performance and self- learning and self-efficacy were compared between these two classes. Results There was no statistical difference in theory grade between these two classes (t=-0.276, P=-0.075). The operation performance and self-learning and self-efficacy were better in the micro-course class than in the traditional class [(89.22±4.32) vs. (87.35±6.58), t=2.071, P=0.021 and (61.01±2.99) vs. (58.54±3.25), t=4.103, P=0.012]. Conclusion Micro-courses can effectively enhance the teaching outcomes and improve undergraduate nursing students' self-learning ability.
