摘要
目的探讨基于自我效能理论的健康教育对慢性心力衰竭患者自我护理行为的影响。方法将在唐山市某综合医院心内科住院的96例慢性心力衰竭患者随机分为干预组和对照组各48例,对照组给予心内科常规健康教育,干预组在此基础上给予基于自我效能理论的健康教育。采用慢性心力衰竭患者自我护理行为量表分别于干预前及干预后3个月对两组患者自我护理行为进行测评。结果干预3个月后干预组自我护理维持得分为60.41±8.61、自我护理管理得分为64.00±10.57、自我护理信心得分为61.99±9.63,均显著高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论与常规心内科健康教育相比,基于自我效能理论的健康教育可有效提高慢性心力衰竭患者自我护理行为。
[ Objective ] To explore the effect of health education based on self-efficacy theory on self-care behavior of patients with chronic heart failure. [Methods] 96 cases of patients with heart failure,who were treated in the cardiology department of a general hospital in Tangshan City, were randomly divided into intervention group and control group, 48 cases in each group. The control group was given conventional health education, and the intervention group was given health education based on self- efficacy theory. Self-care behavior scale of patients with chronic heart failure was used to evaluate self-care behavior of two groups before intervention and 3 months after intervention. [Results ] After the intervention, the score of self-care maintenance, self-care management and self-care confidence in intervention group was respectively 60.41±8.61, 64.00±10.57 and 61.99±9.63, which all was higher than that in control group, and the differences were statistically significant （P〈0.05）. [Conclusion] Compared with the conventional health education, the heahh education based on self-efficacy theory can effectively improve self-care behavior of patients with chronic heart failure.
