摘要
目的通过调查昆明铁路局机务段的在岗火车司机,了解其高血压患病状况及倒班情况,探讨该人群高血压疾病与倒班的关系。方法本次调查研究采用横断面现况研究,对1 627名火车司机开展健康状况自填式问卷调查、健康检查。运用χ~2检验进行率的比较分析。结果火车司机平均年龄为(36.88±9.51)岁,倒班人数1 550人;高血压检出329人,检出率为20.20%;不同工龄、工作年限在倒班人群和不倒班人群中的构成比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。经χ~2检验分析发现,倒班且上夜班人群的高血压检出率(82.2%)高于倒班且不上夜班人群(72.6%)和不倒班人群高血压的患病率(72.7%);在分层分析中结果显示,工龄≥15.5年、工作年限≥13年在倒班与不倒班人群中高血压的检出率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论昆明铁路局机务段的在岗火车司机的高血压疾病与倒班有关。
[Objective] To investigate the train driver on duty of Kunming railway bureau, to understand the condition of hypertension and shift work, and to discuss the relationship between the train driver＇s hypertension and the shift. [Methods] A cross-sectional study was used to investigate 1 627 train drivers by questionnaire and health examination. The chi-square test was used for ratio comparison. [Results] The average age of train drivers was 36.88±9.51. Of 1 550 workers with shift work, hypertension was detected in 329, with the rate of 20.20%. The constituent ratio of years of working and service length was significantly different between workers with and without shift work （P〈0.05）. The X2 test analysis showed the hypertension detection rate of workers with night shift （82.2%） was higher than that of workers without night shift （72.6%） and workers without shift work （72.7%）. The stratified analysis showed the hypertension detection rate was not significantly different between workers with and without shift work, under the condition of years of working ≥15.5 years and service length ≥13 years （P〉0.05）. [Conclusionl The hypertension of train driver on duty of Kunming railway station is associated with the shift work.
