摘要
目的：临床观察甲基苯丙胺依赖者急性脱毒期治疗中实行加味逍遥散联合耳穴压豆疗法的效果。方法：从2015年6月至2017年2月收治的甲基苯丙胺依赖脱毒治疗患者中选取111例,依据患者入院时间随机分为治疗组（中西干预组）和对照组,对照组实行西医脱毒治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上给予加味逍遥散联合耳穴压豆治疗,观察比对脱毒效果。结果：治疗组的汉密尔顿焦虑量表（HAMA）评分、汉密尔顿抑郁量表（HAMD）评分和中医戒断症状评分均显著低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：在甲基苯丙胺依赖患者急性脱毒期治疗中实行加味逍遥散联合耳穴压豆疗法效果显著,可以显著提高急性脱毒质量,减轻患者戒断症状,使其更加平稳地度过急性脱毒期。
Objective：To observe the effect of Jiawei Xiaoyao Powder combined with auricular acupressure in the treatment of acute detoxification of methamphetamine dependent patients. Methods：Total 111 patients with methamphetamine dependent detoxification treated from June 2015 to February 2017 were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group according to the admission time. The control group was given western mediQine for detoxification while the treatment group was given Jiawei Xiaoyao Powder combined with auricular acupressure besides the western medicine of the control group. The effect on detoxifica tion was observed. Results：The scores of HAMA,HAMD and traditional Chinese medicine（TCM） withdrawal symptoms in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group,with statistical sig- nificance（P〈0.05）. Conclusion：The effect of Jiawei Xiaoyao Powder combined with auricular acupressure in the treatment of methamphetamine dependent patients during acute detoxification period was significant. This therapy can significantly improve the quality of acute detoxification,relieve the withdrawal symptoms of patients,and enable the patients to go through the acute detoxification period easily.
