微孔聚氨酯弹性体力学性能的影响因素研究

摘要 选用聚己内酯多元醇CP10、CP20和混合二异氰酸酯等为原材料,采用半预聚法制备了微孔聚氨酯弹性体,研究了软段相对微孔聚氨酯弹性体力学性能的影响。结果表明,在NDI/MDI=20/80时,微孔聚氨酯弹性体力学强度达到最高值。增大扩链剂用量,弹性体拉伸强度、撕裂强度、定伸应力、硬度和弹性均增大。降低软段相相对分子质量,弹性体拉伸强度和撕裂强度变好,硬度增大,弹性下降。增大发泡剂用量,弹性体拉伸强度和弹性均呈下降趋势。 By using the combination of polycaprolactone polyol CP10,CP20 and 1,5-naphthalene diisocyanate as raw materials,the microcellular polyurethane elastomer was prepared by semi-prepolymerization.The effect of soft segment on mechanical properties of the elastomer was researched.The results showed that the mechanical strength of the elastomer had the maximum value when NDI/MDI proportion was 20/80.The tensile strength,tear strength,modulus,hardness and elasticity of the elastomer all increased when increasing amount of chain extender.The tensile strength and tear strength of the elastomer became good when decreasing the molecular weight of the soft segment,the hardness increased,the elasticity decreased.The tensile strength and elasticity of the elastomer decreased when increasing amount of blowing agent.
