摘要
本研究测定玉米种子的三轴尺寸、休止角、千粒质量和密度的本证参数,以及玉米种子与排种盘、搅种轮、有机玻璃的碰撞恢复系数和静摩擦因数;再以测定数值为调整依据,标定EDEM离散元软件仿真需要输入的接触参数,以期为玉米种子离散元仿真输入参数的设置提供依据。实验测定的参数为:玉米种子三轴尺寸的长、宽、高分别为8.079、5.360、10.218mm,休止角为30.22°,单粒玉米质量0.244 88g,密度为1 298.35kg/m3;玉米种子与排种盘的碰撞恢复系数、最大静摩擦因数分别为0.230、0.563,玉米种子与搅种轮的碰撞恢复系数、最大静摩擦因数分别为0.133、0.517;玉米种子与有机玻璃的碰撞恢复系数、最大静摩擦因数分别为0.161、0.399。
This study was used to determine the three-axis size,angle of repose,1000-grain weight and density of corn seed.Determination of the collision recovery coefficient,static friction coefficient and rolling friction coefficient of corn seed and seed plate,stirrer and plexiglass.Based on the measured value,the contact parameters of EDEM discrete element simulation are calibrated to provide the basis for setting the input parameters of corn seed discrete element simulation.The results showed that the parameters of the experiment were as follows: the length,width and height of maize seed were 8.079,10.218,5.360 mm,the angle of repose was 30.22,the weight of single corn was 0.244 88 g and the density was 1 298.35 kg/m3.The collision recovery coefficient,the maximum static friction coefficient of the corn seed and the seed row were 0.230 and 0.563 respectively.The collision recovery coefficient,the maximum friction coefficient of the corn seed and the stirrer were0.133 and 0.517.The collision recovery coefficient,the maximum static friction coefficient of corn seed and plexiglass were 0.161 and 0.399 respectively.
