摘要
目的比较克氏针固定与双钢板内固定在肱骨髁间骨折患者中的应用效果。方法选取宜宾市第二人民医院2015年3月—2016年7月收治的行骨折切开复位固定术的肱骨髁间骨折患者76例,按照随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,各38例。对照组行克氏针固定,观察组行双钢板固定。比较两组患者的临床相关指标、肘关节功能恢复情况及并发症情况。结果观察组手术时间长于对照组,骨折临床愈合时间短于对照组,肘关节功能恢复优良率高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组患者并发症发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论双钢板内固定可缩短肱骨髁间骨折患者的骨折愈合时间,有效恢复其肘关节功能,而克氏针固定手术时间短,患者耐受性较好。
Objective T o compare the clinical effect of kuntscher pin fixation and double steel plate internal fixation in treating humeral fractures.Methods A total of 76 cases of humeral fractures patients who underwent open reduction and fixation were selected from March 2015 to July 2016 in Yibin Second People＇s Hospital,which were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table,38 cases in each group.The control group was received kuntscher pin fixation,the observation group was received double steel plate internal fixation.The clinical indicators,functional recovery of elbow joint and complications were compared between the two groups.Results The observation group of operation time was longer than control group,healing time of fracture was shorter than control group,elbow joint function recovery rate was higher than control group（P〈0.05）.No statistically significant difference of the incidence rate of complications was found between the two groups（P〉0.05）.Conclusion Double steel plate internal fixation can shorten fracture healing time of humeral fractures patients,and with effective restoration of elbow function,but the kuntscher pin fixation has a shrter operation time,and with well tolerated of patients.
