摘要
过去20年我国家装产业快速发展形成了由10多万家中小企业构成的大产业。家装项目是家装企业的基本业务。通过Dayemj公司家装项目的案例研究,总结提出了家装项目管理标准化基本要素有团队、流程、价格、材料、工艺方法、工期、质量检查和客服,提出了TPMM标准化管理模型。该研究成果对于家装企业和家装行业的可持续发展有重要指导意义。
Housing decoration industry in China has rapidly developed into a huge sector consisting of more than 100,000 SMEs during the past 20 years. Project is the elementary unit of decoration business. Based on the case study of housing decoration projects in Beijing DreamHome Co., Ltd., this paper summarizes the basic standardization elements of housing decoration projects, such as team, process, cost, accessory material, technology, delivery period, quality examination and customer service, puts forward the total project management model （TPMM） for standardized housing decoration project management, which is of great guiding significance to the sustainable development of housing decoration enterprises and industry in China.
