摘要
目的:研究分析多层螺旋CT低张充气增强扫描在诊断早期结肠癌中的价值。方法:选择2013年1月至2017年2月在本院接受治疗且经病理证实的结肠癌患者作为研究对象,随机选择68例患者,对患者的多层螺旋CT低张充气增强扫描图像进行回顾分析,观察患者局限性肠壁增厚情况,并对其进行平扫检查、增强检查观察结肠,同时利用多平面重建技术对病变位置进行观察,探讨多层螺旋CT低张充气增强扫描诊断价值。结果:68例结肠癌病灶位于升结肠患者32例,横结肠患者8例,降结肠患者20例,乙状结肠患者5例,且有3例肠周出现淋巴结转移。多层螺旋CT低张充气增强扫描诊断准确率为95.59%。其中肿块型患者32例、溃疡型8例、浸润型患者12例、混合型16例。结论:在早期结肠癌诊断中通过多层螺旋CT低张充气增强扫描能够明确肿块的位置、大小及形态,而联合多平面重建技术则能够进一步了解淋巴结转移情况、周围浸润等,具有较高的诊断价值。
Objective： To study the value of multi-slice spiral CT in the diagnosis of early colon cancer. Methods：from January 2013 to February 2017 in our hospital for treatment and confirmed by pathology of colon cancer patients as the research object,randomly selected 68 patients of multi-slice spiral CT in patients with low tension of air enhanced images were analyzed retrospectively,observation of patients with local bowel wall thickening,and carries on the plain scan,enhanced scan at the same time of colon were observed,the lesion location was observed by using multi planar reconstruction technique of multi-slice spiral CT scan diagnosis of low tension of air. Results： 68 cases of colon lesions in the ascending colon in 32 cases,8 cases of patients with colon,descending colon in 20 cases of patients,5 cases of sigmoid colon and 3 cases of patients,intestinal lymph node metastasis. The diagnostic accuracy of multi slice spiral CT with low inflation was 95. 59%. Among them,32 cases were mass type,ulcerative type were in 8 cases,infiltrative type was in 12 cases,and mixed type was in 16 cases. Conclusion： early in the junction by multi-slice spiral CT in diagnosis of colorectal cancer with low tension of air scan position,size and shape to clear the mass,and combined with multi planar reconstruction technique to further understand the lymph node metastasis and infiltration,which has high diagnostic value.
