摘要
公共政策学作为一门应用性较强的课程,其目标在于培养学生的公共政策分析能力和创新能力。头脑风暴法作为一种训练集体创新思维的方法,非常适用于公共政策学课程教学。笔者在公共政策学教学过程中,通过头脑风暴会议的形式,结合运用教学实验法、行动研究法、问卷调查法和深入访谈法等方法,做到事前计划准备、事中跟进修正、事后反馈总结,对课程实施过程进行全面把控,取得了较好的教学效果。
Public policy as a highly applied course,it mainly purpose is to cultivate the students' ability of public policy analysis and innovation. Brainstorming as a commonly used method to motivate collective creative thought,it is more and more applying to public courses teaching. The writer gave a research on the application of brain storming during the public policy courses. The specific practices are as followed: Organizing it in the form of a brainstorming session,combining with the use of scientific methods such as teaching experiment,action research,questionnaire survey and in-depth interview,pre-planning preparation,follow-up revision,feedback summary. Through the continuous innovation of teaching methods,we can gradually improve the quality of teaching and cultivate the talents needed by the society.
