摘要
本研究采用Al_2O_3修饰液对氧化铝多孔中空纤维陶瓷膜表面进行修饰,将修饰过的中空纤维膜在1550℃下进行高温烧结。然后测量修饰前后中空纤维膜的有效参数,以考察修饰液对氧化铝中空纤维膜的修饰效果;通过扫描电子显微镜(SEM)对修饰前后的陶瓷膜表面进行检测,来考察修饰前后的中空纤维膜表面的微观结构的变化。实验结果表明Al_2O_3修饰液对氧化铝多孔中空纤维陶瓷膜具有较好的修饰效果,而且修饰液的组成、涂覆方法、涂覆次数对Al_2O_3多孔中空纤维陶瓷膜的修饰效果有很大影响。当Al_2O_3修饰液的浓度比较高时,会导致修饰后的中空纤维膜修饰表面很厚,对膜的修饰不均匀,而修饰液浓度较低时,不会出现上述情况;对比提拉涂覆和旋转涂覆后的中空纤维膜可以发现,旋转涂覆对中空纤维膜的修饰效果较好;对于同种浓度且当修饰液浓度适当时,提拉两次,修饰效果会更好。
In hollow fiber c temperature. membrane to microstructure this study,the Al2O3 modified liquid was used to modify the surfaces of Al2O3 porous eramic membrane. The modified hollow fiber membrane is sintered under 1550℃ high Then measure the water flux,gas flux,bending strength and porosity of hollow fiber inspect the modification effect on alumina hollow fiber membrane. The surfaces of the modified membranes was characterized by SEM measurements. The result indicates Al2O3porous hollow fiber ceramic membrane could be modified well by Al2O3 modified liquid. And modified liquid concentration,coating methods and coating times have big effect on Al2O3 porous hollow fiber ceramic membrane. The concentration of the Al2O3 ball grinding fluid is higher, the surface of the Al2O3 hollow fiber membrane is more thick after modified,and the modification of membrane is not well-distributed; The hollow fiber membrane after dip coating and spin coating were contrasted. It can found that the modification effect for hollow fiber membrane is better after spin coating; For the same concentration of Al2O3 ball grinding fluid,the hollow fiber membrane is lifted more times,the modify results is more better.
