导入碳减排投资的废钢铁再制造生产投资策略研究 被引量:9

Decision-makings on the Scrap Iron and Steel Remanufacturing Considering the Introduction of Carbon Emission Reduction Investment

摘要 构建考虑碳减排投资的废钢铁再制造企业利润最大化模型,求解得到最优生产量和碳减排投资量,基于模型分析得到了最优生产决策和最优减排投资决策的一些基本性质。最后通过算例分析探讨了碳价、碳限额和碳减排投资额对废钢铁再制造企业利润和碳排放总量的影响。研究表明:在碳限额与交易政策背景下,废钢铁再制造企业进行碳减排投资有利于增加利润,减少碳排放量;当碳减排收益一定时,废钢铁再制造企业引入碳排放投资效率高的碳投资减排方式有利于实现利润和碳排放同时优化;提高碳价会促进废钢铁再制造企业积极采取碳减排投资措施,合理的碳限额可以有效减少废钢铁再制造企业碳排放量。 A profit maximization model of the scrap iron and steel remanufacturing with random demand under carbon cap and trade mechanism was proposed. Some properties were obtained through analyzing the optimal production quantity and the emission reduction investment which were acquired by solving the model. Finally, numerical examples were applied to illustrate the effects of carbon price and the carbon emission reduction investment parameters on the optimal production quantity, the carbon emission reduction investment, total profit and total carbon emission. Results show that, investment on carbon emission reduction in the scrap iron and steel remanufactures contributes to a higher profit and lower carbon emission; when the decreasing return parameter is constant, the scrap iron and steel remanufactures can improve the total profit and reduce the carbon emission by adopting the high efficient green technology; higher carbon price can induce the scrap iron and steel remanufactures to invest in carbon emission reductiom a reasonable carbon cap can effectively reduce the amount of carbon emission.
