摘要
目的:探索精益化物流模式在某院药品供应中的具体应用和可行性。方法:选取某院在2013年3月至2014年2月(传统药供模式)和2014年3月至2015年2月期间(精益化药供模式)的A、B、C三类药品供应情况相关资料,同期分别比较2组药供模式下药品月缺货率、退药情况及临床药品配送准确率、药品送达及时率的差异,对各指标做分析评价。2组间计量资料均数比较采用t检验,以P<0.05为有统计学差异。结果:A、B、C三类药品在传统药供模式和精益化药供模式下同期月缺货率、药库和药房退药次数以及药品月送达及时率和药品临床配送准确率比较差异分别有统计学意义(P<0.05);传统药供模式的药品临床配送准确率为83.25%~98.45%,精益化药供模式的药品临床配送准确率为86.05%~99.53%,2组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:实施精益化物流管理模式可有效降低药品缺货率,退药情况有所改善,有效提高管理效率和药师工作效率,保证临床用药安全。
OBJECTIVE To explore the specific application and feasibility of lean logistics mode in the supply of drugs in our hospital.METHODS From March 2013 to February 2014（traditional drug supply mode）and March 2014 to February 2015（lean drug supply mode）in our hospital,the materials were selected in the relevant supply information of drug class A,B,C,to compare monthly drug out rate,return rate of drug and clinical drug delivery accuracy,drug delivery timely rate respectively under two groups of drug supply logistics,and each index was evaluated.The measurement data were compared by t test between two groups.RESULTS During the equal period,differences of monthly drug out rate,return rate,clinical drug delivery accuracy rate and delivery timely rate of drug class A,B,C of the two groups had statistical significance,respectively（P〈0.05）.Accuracy rates of traditional medicine mode and lean medicine model were 83.25%-98.45% and 86.05%-99.53%,respectively（P〉0.05）.CONCLUSION The application of lean logistics mode can effectively reduce the drug shortage rate,improve the situation,effectively improve the management efficiency and pharmacists working efficiency and guarantee clinical medication safety.
