摘要
本文通过1,5-二羟基萘与甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯为原料制备了新型牙科树脂单体,并且对树脂单体进行了红外、核磁等结构表征,同时对光固化后的复合树脂进行了力学性能、双键转化率及断面形貌的分析。实验结果表明,复合树脂的光固化性能良好,满足作为牙科填充材料使用的条件。
In this paper, a new dental resin monomer was prepared by 1,5-Dihydroxy naphthalene and glycidyl methacrylate. The structure of resin monomer was characterized by FTIR and 1H NMR. We analyzed the mechanical properties, conversion of double bond and fracture surface features of the light-cured composite resin. The experiment showed that composite resin had good property of light-curing, which satisfied the conditions for the use of dental filling materials.
