摘要
本文通过紫外滴定法探究了p H以及反应时间对8-氨基喹啉类衍生物与铜离子的螯合能力的影响,建立了可靠的测试方法。本方法可用于金属离子紊乱导致的疾病的先导化合物的筛选,为先导化合物的开发提供理论指导。
The estimation methods of the affinity constants of 8-aminoquinolines for copper were established in this report. For the estimation of affinity constants, the impact factors were explored such as the pH and the reaction time.
