氦氖激光照射对离体培养海马神经元形态结构的影响

摘要 探讨氦氖激光照射对离体培养海马神经元细胞形态结构的影响。方法:将离体培养的海马神经元细胞分为没有氦氖激光照射的对照组和有低、中、高剂量的氦氖激光照射的干扰组。连续照射6天后,观察海马神经元细胞的胞体面积、突起长度、胞体高度、胞体表面粗糙度,胞体饱满程度等形态结构信息。结果:低、中剂量组促进海马神经元细胞的生长,光能量密度为7.60j/cm2的中剂量组,海马神经元细胞的胞体表面比较光滑,胞体比较饱满,胞体面积和突起长度明显高于对照组和高剂量组(p〈0.05)。结论:海马神经元细胞的形态变化与He-Ne激光的照射剂量有关,低、中剂量组促进海马神经元细胞的生长,而高剂量组反而有抑制其生长的作用。这一研究结果有望在中枢神经系统疾病的临床治疗提供可观的参考价值。 To investigate the efficacy of the He-Ne laser irradiation on the uhrastructure of in vitro cultured hippocampal neurons. Method: In vitro cultured hippocampal neurons were randomly divided into control group and interference group, the intervention group was treated by the low, medium and high doses of the He- Ne laser irradiation. Observe the morphology structure of the hippocampal neurons information, including cell body area, spike length, height, surface roughness and plumpness. Results: Low and medium dose group of the light source promoted the growth of hippocampal neurons, the light energy density of 7.60 j/cm^2medium dose group, the surface of the cell body of the hippocampal neurons was relatively smooth, the cell body was relatively plump, the cell body area and spike length was significantly higher than the control group and high dose group (p 〈 0. 05 ). Conclusion: The morphology of hippocampal neurons is associated with the dose of the He-Ne laser irradiation, low, medium dose group promote the growth of hippocampal neurons, the high dose group inhibit its growth. This study is expected to provide significant reference value in the central nervous system disease for clinical treatment.
