数值仿真在乘员约束系统集成中的应用

摘要 结合试验数据,运用Madymo软件分别进行了气囊跌落试验仿真对标及乘员约束系统滑车碰撞试验仿真对标,阐述数值模拟仿真技术在乘员约束系统集成优化中的应用。在约束系统集成中合理应用数值模拟仿真技术,能够减少试验次数,缩短研发周期,节省了大量的实车碰撞试验成本,并为后续车型和相近车型研发前期阶段提供大量的参照数据。 Combined with the test data, the Madymo software was used to simulate the impact test of the airbag drop test and the occupant restraint system, and the application of numerical simulation technology to the integrated optimization of occupant restraint system was expounded. The rational application of numerical simulation technology in constrained system integration can reduce the number of tests, shorten the research and development period, save a lot of real vehicle crash test costs, and provide a lot of reference data for the subsequent models and similar models.
