摘要
为了研究黑岱沟矿与哈尔乌素矿两矿之间的最佳散体边坡角度,使两矿之间的二次剥离量和整体剥采比达到最低,理论分析了散体堆载的沉降位移,并用原位试验测定散体物料的物理力学参数,利用FLAC数值模拟软件评价边坡稳定性,得到了相应的稳定系数。研究结果表明,两矿间南端帮散体边坡的最佳角度为25°,北端帮的最佳角度为23°。优化后的南、北端帮散体边坡角度可以保证露天矿的安全生产,并且可以实现矿区的整体剥采比达到最优状态。
In order to study the optimum angle of bulk slope between Heidaigou Mine and Harwusu Mine that can lead to the least secondary stripping volume and the overall stripping ratio of two mines,the subsidence displacement of bulk materials under heap load was analyzed by theory model,and the in-situ experiment was adopt to test the mechanical parameters of bulk materials.The stability of bulk materials slope was evaluated by FLAC numerical simulation software,and the stability coefficient of the slope was obtained.The results showed that the optimum angle of southern and northern end slope were 25°and 23°respectively.The optimized angle of southern and northern end slope can guarantee the safety of surface mine production,and can also realize the optimal status of overall stripping ratio of the mining area.
