摘要 以高层综合楼为研究对象,通过查阅国内外高层综合楼火灾相关资料,认为发生火灾时烟气具有毒害性、减光性、恐怖性、蔓延迅速等特点,是造成群死群伤的主要原因.因此,对建筑防排烟设计进行安全评析至关重要.选取一幢高层综合楼为工程实例,依照《建筑设计防火规范》(以下简称《建规》)、《高层民用建筑设计防火规范》(以下简称《高规》)、《汽车库、修车库、停车场设计防火规范》(简称《车规》)等消防技术标准,对该工程项目的防排烟设施进行审核评析.通过计算,复核了机械防烟系统的送风机选型、机械排烟系统的排烟风机选型等设计参数,对审核发现的问题提出整改建议. This paper takes the high-rise complex as the research object,and through the relevant information of the high-rise building at home and abroad,the author thinks that the flue gas is poisonous,dimmer,terror and rapid spread in the event of fire. Of the main reasons,therefore,the building smoke control design safety assessment is essential.In this paper,a high-rise building is selected as an engineering example.According to the Code for Fire Protection of Building Design,High-rise Civil Building Design Fire Protection Code,Garage,Parking design fire and other fire technical standards,the project of the smoke and smoke facilities for review and evaluation. Through the calculation,review the selection of the blower of the mechanical smoke prevention system,the design parameters of the exhaust fan selection of the mechanical exhaust system,and put forward the rectification suggestions for the problems found in the audit.
