摘要
对制备高纯氧化铝的杂质的行为进行分析,提出制备高纯氧化铝的新工艺路线。通过调整溶液p H值和添加有机络合剂除去Fe3+,添加有机试剂PEG解决Al(OH)3·n H2O凝胶团聚问题。采用精制溶液、中和、提纯、调节p H值、煅烧等过程制得纯度达99.994%的氧化铝。采用X射线电子衍射(XRD)和扫描电子显微镜(SEM)表征分析了所制备的高纯氧化铝的物相和形貌,结果表明,高纯氧化铝晶型转相完全,结晶度良好,压片后煅烧密度达3.0 g/cm3。
The behavior of impurities in the preparation of high purity alumina was analyzed. We proposed a new process route to prepare high-purity alumina. By adjusting the pH value and adding complexing agent, Fe^3+ was removed. Problem of gel renion could be solved by adding organic reagents PEG. Alumina, whose 99. 994% purity of which could be obtained by polishing, neutralizing, washing, pH value adjustment and calcining. The purity of alumina and calcined density of alumina by tablet pressure reached to 3.0 g/cm^3. Morphological characterization of high- purity alumina by SEM and XRD were carried out. We found out that crystal phase transformed completely, and product was well-crystallized which laid solid foundation for developing various high- performance products.
