螺杆塑化熔融沉积成型件精度分析与优化

摘要 在螺杆塑化熔融沉积成型过程中,多个因素耦合共同影响制品的精度。主要分析了喷头温度T、层厚h、打印速度vp、螺杆转速vc、打印间距d对成型件尺寸精度、表面精度的影响。以螺杆塑化的FDM设备为试验台,设计基于正交试验法的优化方案,采用极差分析法优化各指标。结果表明:累计误差使z方向的尺寸精度最低;上述各因素对x、y、z 3个方向尺寸精度的影响程度分别为:T>h>vp>vc>d;T>vc>vp>d>h;T>h>vc>vp>d;整体分析,各因素对综合尺寸精度和表面精度的影响程度分别为:T>h>vc>vp>d;T>vc>vp>d>h;最优参数组合为:T=175℃,h=0.4mm,vp=1 500 mm/min,vc=0.6 r/min,d=0.48 mm。经过对比,精度明显提高,证明了分析优化的合理性。 In the process of screw plasticized fused deposition modeling, the coupling of multiple factors affects the accuracy of the products. The influence of nozzle temperature, layer thickness, printing speed, screw speed and printing pitch on the dimensional accuracy and surface accuracy of the molded parts was analyzed. The self-developed screw plasticized FDM equipment was used as the experimental platform, and the optimization scheme based on the orthogonal test method was designed, and the indexes were optimized by the range analysis method. It was showed that the dimensional accuracy of the z-direction was the lowest due to the cumulative error, and the influence degree of the above factors on the dimensional accuracy of x, y andz were: T〉h〉vp 〉v 〉d; T〉vc 〉vp 〉d〉h; T〉h〉v 〉vp 〉d; and from the overall analysis, the influence degree of each factor on the comprehensive dimensional accuracy and surface accuracy was : T 〉 h 〉 vc 〉 vp 〉 d; T 〉 v 〉vp 〉d〉h; and the optimum parameter combinations were obtained, namely T=175 ℃, h =0.4 mm, vp= 1 500 mm/ min, v =0.6 r/min, d = 0.48 mm. Finally, through the further experimental test, the accuracy was improved obviously, which proved the rationality of the analysis and optimization.
