摘要
高校是我国科学研究的重要阵地,随着国家创新战略的实施,高校将会承担更多的科研创新任务,在高校科研任务量增加的情况下,对科研项目进行行之有效的管理就显得尤为重要,在高校纵向科研项目管理工作中应用项目管理评价体系也就成为一种必然的选择。本文以H高校为研究对象,探讨高校纵向科研管理中引入项目管理绩效评价体系的效果和意义。
Universities play an important role in scientific research. With the implementation of a national innovation strategy, they will take more and more research and innovation tasks. With the rapid increase of the number of scientific research projects in universities, effective management of research projects is particularly important. In addition, the project management methods and concepts have already widely used in various fields and achieved very good results. For these two reasons, using project management methods and concepts in university longitudinal research project management will become an inevitable choice.
