摘要
分析金属在Assel轧管机轧制时的变形特征,将轧制过程分为减径部分和减壁部分,建立其轧制力与轧制力矩的数学模型;依据该数学模型计算出不同钢种的轧制力和轧制力矩,并将计算值与现场实测值进行对比,以验证数学模型的准确性。最后根据前述数学模型,用Matlab软件编制专用的Assel轧管机力能计算软件。
By analyzing the deformation characteristics of a metal being rolled by an Assel rolling mill, the rolling process is divided into 2 parts, i.e. diameter reducing part and wall reducing part, so as to establish its mathematic model. And based on this mathematic model, the rolling forces and rolling torques for different steel grades are calculated and compared with actual measurements to verify the accuracy of the model. Furthermore, basing on this mathematic model, a dedicated force-energy calculation software for Assel rolling mill is compiled using Matlab software.
