CPE顶管辊模数控孔型加工机床的研制

摘要 针对传统顶管辊模孔型加工修复方式的缺点,研制出一种多功能数控CPE顶管辊模孔型加工机床。详细介绍该机床的工作流程、结构及其特点。新研制的多功能数控CPE顶管辊模孔型加工机床,可实现对机架辊模的整体车削、孔型精加工和倒角的连续完成,并能兼容加工多种规格的辊模,极大地缩短辊模孔型加工修复时间,大幅提高工作效率,减少拆装人员数量和场地占用面积,节省润滑油脂和零配件的损耗。 Targeting the shortcomings of a conventional push bench roller die pass processing and repairing method, a multi-function CNC pass processing machine for CPE push bench roller die is developed. The working procedure, structure and characteristics of the machine is detailed. This newly-developed muti-fuction CNC pass processing machine for CPE push bench roller die can realize a continuous working procedure on various sizes of roller dies, doing over-all turning, precise pass processing and chamfering. The machine will significantly shorten the roller die pass processing and repairing time, dramatically increase the working efficiency, decrease the number of assemblying and disassemblying personnel and the area of working place, and lower the consumption of lubricating grease and spare parts.
