摘要
作为连接企业生产物流和供应物流的中间环节,钢铁企业成品库管理直接关系到企业库存的运转效率和资源配置。传统单个订单处理方式没有从货物出库顺序管理角度对仓库运转效率进行分析,而选择合适的货物出库顺序和出库时间既能加快仓库运转效率又能优化库存管理。为此首先将某一时段内多个订单拆分同时出库,建立最小化所有订单出库时长的整数规划模型。然后提出改进蝙蝠算法对复杂度较高的模型进行求解,算法采用对立学习策略初始种群以保证种群的多样性,同时在速度更新过程中引入时变惯性权重平衡算法的探索和开采能力。最后通过具体实例仿真测试,结果表明,改进算法能快速找到最优调度方案,从而指导企业提高货物出库效率,优化库存管理。
As an intermediate link between production logistics and supply logistics, the management of finished goods warehouse is directly related to the operation efficiency and resource allocation. The traditional single order processing method does not analyze the warehouse operation efficiency from the point of view of the order management of the goods. The choice of appropriate outbound order and outbound time of goods can not only speed up the efficiency of the warehouse but also optimize the inventory management. For this reason, we split muhiple orders in a certain period of time, and established an integer programming model that minimized the length of all orders from the order by determining the order of the corresponding goods and the time of delivery. Then, an improved bats algorithm was proposed to solve the higher complexity model. The initial population of the opposing learning strategy algorithm was used to ensure the diversity of the population, at the same time, the time varying inertia weight was introduced to balance the exploration and exploitation ability of algorithm in the process of speed updating. Finally, the simulation results show that the improved algorithm can find the optimal scheduling scheme quickly, thus guide the enterprises to improve the efficiency of the goods and optimize inventory management.
