摘要
对建筑混凝土墙体的加气过程的节能效果的优化,能够有效改善建筑墙体保温处理的能耗过多现象。对墙体加气处理对节能效果的优化设计,需要计算建筑混凝土墙体的一维稳态方程,并计算墙体热流密度进行计算。传统方法通过ANSYS软件进行模拟分析,确定加气混凝土墙体基体温度以及温度应力,但忽略了对墙体热流密度的获取,导致墙体加气过程的节能效果不理想。提出基于热脉冲法的建筑混凝土墙体加气处理对节能优化效果分析方法,首先对指标中各参数进行计算,提高分析的准确性,通过计算加气处理后建筑混凝土墙体的一维稳态方程,并对混凝土墙体的热流密度进行计算,实现建筑混凝土墙体加气处理对节能优化效果分析。实验结果表明,所提方法能够准确描述加气后建筑混凝土墙体随温度变化的规律,并分析确定了加气混凝土墙体的保温性能,为该课题的深入研究发展提供理论依据。
This paper proposes an analysis method for energy - saving optimization effect of air entrainment of building concrete wall based on thermal pulse method. Our research calculated every parameter in index to improve veracity of analysis, then calculated one - dimensional steady state equation of the wall after air entrainment and calculated thermal flux of the wall. Thus, we achieved the analysis of energy - saving optimization effect. Simulation results show that the method can describe rule of temperature variation of the wall accurately. It analyzes and confirms thermal insulation property of aerated concrete wall. The method can provide theoretical foundation for in - depth research and development of the issue.
